Description
This fast paced role will suit a pro-active individual who will support the Fleet and Facilities Team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key accountabilities
- This role will support and manage all aspects for team including:
- Processing high volumes of requests quickly and accurately
- First point of contact on the Helpdesk
- Support with facilities and building issues
- Allocating jobs to contractors and follow up of maintenance requests
- Co-ordinating security passes and access controls
- Taking bookings for the shared pools across two sites
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders as well as customers
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience in supporting role.
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong administration experience
- Government experience preferred
- Strong communication, administration and planning skills.
- Good ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and high organisational skills
