Description

This fast paced role will suit a pro-active individual who will support the Fleet and Facilities Team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. 

Key accountabilities

  • This role will support and manage all aspects for team including:
  • Processing high volumes of requests quickly and accurately
  • First point of contact on the Helpdesk 
  • Support with facilities and building issues
  • Allocating jobs to contractors and follow up of maintenance requests
  • Co-ordinating security passes and access controls
  • Taking bookings for the shared pools across two sites
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders as well as customers

Essential Requirements

  • Strong experience in supporting role.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Strong administration experience
  • Government experience preferred
  • Strong communication, administration and planning skills.
  • Good ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and high organisational skills
