Finance Analyst - Funds
CBD-based, 5 mins walk from the station
5-month contract (extension/permanent opportunity)
Immediate Start, Hybrid working
My client, one of the largest in its industry sector, is currently looking for a Fund Analyst to join its rapidly growing team.
For the right candidate, an extension (or) permanent opportunity is available for you to step into this reputable well-known ASX-listed business.
You will be responsible to support the team and manage relationships with investors including assessing and implementing investment decisions and monitoring the investment performance of the funds.
The office is conveniently located just 5mins walk away from Wynyard station.
Key responsibilities:
Management & Financial Reporting of fund’s performance
Reviewing SLAs and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
New investment strategies and maintaining existing investments
Be able to identify and lead change with process improvements.
Work with the Fund Manager to implement client business growth strategies across designated clients
Support business decision making
Ad-hoc analysis and reviewing any variances in financial information
Assist with the preparation of investment recommendations, monthly and quarterly reporting, and other necessary ad-hoc analysis
Must-Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline preferred
Minimum 3 years of Finance
Property industry experience highly preferred
Advanced Financial Modelling& Analytical skills
