Job description
Finance Transformation Lead
- Reviewing and launching new standardisation and automation programs
- Up to $1300 per day, 12-month assignment
- CBD based role

A large public infrastructure organisation overseeing several marquee projects. They run multi-$BN programs and are a true market leader within their field of expertise. You will take charge of one of the main programs for all financial and commercial performance analysis.
Located conveniently in the CBD their offices are accessible from all areas of Sydney and the surrounding area. They are offering flexible working and open to talk to individuals who require bespoke working arrangements.
About the Role
- Be a trusted advisor to all divisional and group-wide leadership teams on the execution of the transformation program
- Lead and implement change to all financial reporting processes and procedures
- Lead the strategy around wider business process improvements and efficiency driving initiatives
- Fully responsible for all program budgets and forecasting, ensuring costs are controlled and kept to budget allocation
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in accounting and finance or related discipline
- Must have run complex finance transformation and change management pieces previously
- Must have an accounting and finance background before moving into the change management space
- Strong track record of working with accounting software; both ERP and BI solutions
