  • Conduct detailed GL and cost centre reviews, ensuring account reconciliation and financial integrity.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and PMO financial updates to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Project Managers, providing real-time financial analysis, insights, and advice to help manage budgets and drive project performance.
  • Provide value-add financial advice and assurance to the Program Director to support informed decision-making and effective contingency planning.
  • Lead and consult on the financial aspects of briefing notes and project initiation documents, including financial modelling, costing, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and deliver accurate and timely responses to requests, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Experience using PRIME or similar budgeting/reporting systems is highly desirable.
  • CPA or CA qualification.

Why Apply?

  • Join a respected NSW Government agency leading a significant transformation initiative.
