Office Support/ Facilities Officer 

 

  • ASAP – 9/10/2022 
  • $42/hr + super 
  • Hours: 7hr/day 35hr/week 
  • Location: Park Ave, Coffs Harbour 

Looking for an Office Support / Facilities all-rounder for an IMMEDIATE Start 


You will be responsible for: 

  • Performing a range of routine clerical and administrative tasks 
  • support the operation of organisations. 
  • The role will assist with staff moving office location in Coffs Harbour, assist with decluttering of offices & decommissioning of vacant sites 
  • Support the delivery of facility management services including meeting space coordination, maintenance, security, cleaning, inductions, fire systems, WHS, building management systems, mail and reception 

 

Requirements 

  • Great can-do attitude 
  • Physically fit to assist with office moves 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Able to work autonomously 

     

This role is paying $42.00ph for the right candidate.
