As a Personal Assistant you will be supporting the Operations Manager with a wide range of administration support responsibilities. You will actively participate in driving the team culture and be an integral member of the network of Team Assistants, Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants across the organisation.

About the role

As a Personal Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Preparing documents for the Board including agendas, reports and minutes
  • Records management
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Contracts administration and managing the contract agreements process
  • Processing expenses
  • Organising company events
  • Adhoc assistance and cover for the wider business as necessary  

About you
 
The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills, and willing to support their team on a permanent basis. High attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude Ability to work within a team environment whilst managing your own workload
