Job description
My client based in North Sydney is looking for a full time Team Assistant to support a team of 15. Working within the financial services industry you will be able to gain a wealth of experience within a fun and corporate environment.This is a temporary role between the hours of 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Duties to include:
- Administrative support for up to 15 staff members
- Answering of the telephones
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Typing of contracts/documents
- Distributing of emails
