- All parts of the recruitment life cycle.
- Building strong relationships with internal hiring managers.
- Employer branding partnering.
- Building candidate pipelines, market mapping, building future networks and targeted headhunting.
- Creating and developing concise job briefs, executing recruitment strategies and writing targeted and compelling advertisements.
- General recruitment reporting and much more.
- Demonstrated recruitment experience within IT Recruitment.
- Demonstrated understanding of this niche market.
- Experience in using and interpreting data to enable decision making.
- Highly developed relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in relevant recruitment systems and programs.
- Have a passion for technical recruitment and contributing to a high performing team.
