About the company

A large and successful construction business who pride themselves on delivering only the best quality products and services are looking for a Team Assistant to become an integral part of their team.

About the role

A position has become available for an energetic and enthusiastic Team Assistant professional who will be required to support the support the Living Utilities team in the delivery of day to day administrative tasks as required.

You will be required to:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as directed and team diary coordination
  • Ongoing management and updates of fortnightly and quarterly planners
  • Data entry within business systems (Enablon)
  • Account processing (Oracle)
  • Clean-up and filing on business server space in preparation of transition to SharePoint
  • Support in the organisation and logistics of tours
  • May perform general customer facing duties such as greeting and directing clients and visitors;

 
About you

  • Proficient understanding in the use of MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of Oracle AP processes (desirable)
  • Understanding of Office365 applications – OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook
