Job description

Purpose of the role:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional level of customer service
  • Provide regular customer updates
  • Request and manage trade quotes
  • Adopt a cost-effective approach to daily maintenance
  • Liase with building managers and operations teams
  • Promote a friendly and professional team environment

Day to Day Duties: 

  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspections of building and mechanical / electrical services
  • Carry out regular maintenance reviews
  • Assist in the identification of service needs
  • Prepare reports for operations management
  • Coordinate and oversee installations
  • Provide management with reports to support property operations in line with regulatory standards

Experience needed:

  • Relevant vocational/trade/qualifications
  • Property management experience
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Construction and Building background highly desirable
  • Good MS Suite skills – Salesforce experience desirable not essential
