Job description
Purpose of the role:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional level of customer service
- Provide regular customer updates
- Request and manage trade quotes
- Adopt a cost-effective approach to daily maintenance
- Liase with building managers and operations teams
- Promote a friendly and professional team environment
Day to Day Duties:
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspections of building and mechanical / electrical services
- Carry out regular maintenance reviews
- Assist in the identification of service needs
- Prepare reports for operations management
- Coordinate and oversee installations
- Provide management with reports to support property operations in line with regulatory standards
Experience needed:
- Relevant vocational/trade/qualifications
- Property management experience
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Construction and Building background highly desirable
- Good MS Suite skills – Salesforce experience desirable not essential
