Job description

​​​​​​The role involves:

  • Managing the administration of the firm’s workflow system
  • Undertaking all of the administrative functions of the accounting work, enabling the accountants to become more efficient so as to better service our clients
  • Liaising with clients to gather all required information in a timely manner
  • Following up with clients to ensure accountants’ queries are resolved as quickly as possible to ensure prompt turnaround
  • Providing customer service over the phone to clients
  • Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system


The successful candidate should poses the following:

  • Diary management experience/Team member coordination experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Clear/accurate written & verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
