Job description
The role involves:
- Managing the administration of the firm’s workflow system
- Undertaking all of the administrative functions of the accounting work, enabling the accountants to become more efficient so as to better service our clients
- Liaising with clients to gather all required information in a timely manner
- Following up with clients to ensure accountants’ queries are resolved as quickly as possible to ensure prompt turnaround
- Providing customer service over the phone to clients
- Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system
The successful candidate should poses the following:
- Diary management experience/Team member coordination experience
- Previous administration experience
- Clear/accurate written & verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
