Looking for a short term contact? An experienced Executive Assistant is required to hit the ground running for this leading consulting / business advisory firm. Providing support to the Partner where no two days will be the same.
The role will offer you variety with key duties including: full diary management, organising travel, screening emails, formatting documents, event coordination, preparing of ¼ reports, billing & invoicing, expense management and general administration support.
It is essential you have a minimum of 3-5 years solid experience within the professional or financial services sector as an EA, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to prioritie your work while working under pressure.
