Duties of the role:
- High administration focus
- Reconciliations
- Printing reports
- Problem solving
- Reception as required
- Catering assistance as required
- New starter set ups
- Updating of spreadsheets
- Vendor invoicing in our practice management system
- Timesheet reviewing and processing
- Liaise with all Melbourne office
