About the role

In this role you will be Team Assistant across multiple teams dealing with Head of Sectors and EA’s.

You will be required to:

  • You will assist in the preparation of correspondence, presentations and reports,
  • The onboarding of new employees
  • Travel arrangements including domestic and international for senior executives
  • Expense management including monthly credit card and invoice reconciliations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels with professionalism
  • Assistance with organising company events and staff conferences
