Job description

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic administrative assistant for a temporary to permanent full-time role based in Sydney’s CBD.  Must be immediately available!  

  • 1+ years admin experience
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Immediately available

Providing administrative support to both staff and clients, you will be required to perform a range of administrative functions.  Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in a busy reception area
  • Handling petty cash
  • Preparing reports
  • Day to day office administration

You will be working full-time 5 days a week from 08.30am to 5:00pm and will need:

  • 1+ years administration experience
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and friendly personality.

 
Due to the length of this role, we can only consider those who are permanent residents or Australian Citizens.  Unfortunately no working holiday visa candidates will be considered for this role.
