About the company 
You will be working with one of the largest governing body for schools in Australia supporting the Director, as well as the broader team. This is an exciting full time temporary opportunity with view to longer term work 
 
Responsibilities  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Management of diaries, email, travel and appointments 
  • Preparing reports through excel 
  • Managing inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Support enquiries over phone and email
  • Meeting coordination; scheduling meetings and appointments, booking rooms and creating links for online meetings.
  • Organising catering
  • Other adhoc responsibilities as requested by Director  

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Experience working in a busy reception and administration role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite
  • Must be immediately available
  • Competency with IT systems
  • Ability to prioritise work 
  • Time management skills, comfortable working towards deadlines  
  • Comfortable working with or learning Google drive, Excel, Outlook, Word & Webex
