Job description

Must have strong experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel as well as strong analysis skills to track trends and faults. The ideal candidate should also have Team Lead experience as they will be leading a tam of 4-5 Junior Data Analysts. utilities industry experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of 4-5 junior analysts to track trends and faults within the system.
  • Working extensively with the digital services team to transition from a manual model to an automated system.
  • Analysing and investigating complex and large data
  • Conduct investigations 
  • Identifying areas of improvement through business processes
  • Liasing extensively with internal stakeholders to prioritise improvement
  • Manage the process to collate the data

About You

Advantageous if you have previous Data experience within either the utilities or telecommunications sector in order to hit the ground running.  Experience with process improvement and driving performance by leading a small team within Data is essential.
