  • EA role supporting 3 Directors and their wider teams 

About the role:

As the EA to 3 Directors within the Media/Sport/Entertainment Industry,  you will be providing extensive support in a wide range of administrative duties. The initial contract will be 6-8 weeks and has potential to go permanent for the right candidate. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting multiple Executives, have outstanding organisation skills, and be confident in their ability to hit the ground running and make an instant impact in the role. 

As the Executive Team Assistant, you will be a motivated, hardworking professional with a proactive nature. You will be quick at learning new skills and processes.

Duties within the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Complex diary management/Email Management
  • Coordinate Sales meetings 
  • Minute taking
  • Stakeholder management
  • Travel coordination when required 
  • Document preparation 
  • Project coordination 
  • CRM and database management 
  • Facilities coordinating 
  • General Administrative support to the wider business


About you:

  • 3-5 years in a similar EA/PA role at C-Suite/Executive Level
  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Experienced in MS Suite and outlook 
  • Advanced Powerpoint experience 
  • Solution focused and proactive nature
  • Resilient and able to push back when required 
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively 
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions on behalf of the Executive team
  • Previous experience and/or a passion for working in the television/sport/entertainment sector would be highly regarded.
