About the Role
The primary purpose of the Team Assistant is to provide timely and effective administrative support within a team environment! You will act as the go to person in a wide range of administrative duties. 


Duties will include:

  • Document preparation
  • Recruitment coordination 
  • Assist with onboarding and inductions
  • Compiling Data 
  • Handling enquiries 
  • Filing, Scanning 
  • Stakeholder engagement 
  • Processing invoices/expenses
  • Generating reports 
  • Meeting coordination 
  • Event Coordination 

 

About You:

  • 1-3 years Experience in Administration
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; able to work effectively in a team and on an individual basis
  • Proactive, forward thinking, efficient and discreet with a high attention to detail
  • Experienced in MS Suite 
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Personable and friendly!
