About the company 
Our client is looking for a Client Services/Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact in greeting clients, booking and setting up meeting rooms.  Are you a professional, friendly, and proactive with Reception/Client Services experience? 

Responsibilities  

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  
  • Managing a inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Greet clients and customers at reception 
  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments  
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members 
  • Ad hoc duties 
Requirements/Skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role advantageous 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Must be well presented
