Job description

 The role is to provide daily administrative support to the Project Team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to project management and administration support for the team to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time
  • Update and collate documentation
  • Basic research and analysis in assigned project areas
  • Project briefs
  • Document and disseminate detailed meeting minutes
  • Document, communicate, and follow up critical actions and decisions
  • Schedule meetings with multiple attendees and prepare related materials
  • Triage and monitor time critical requests and project changes
  • Update Completion Plans
  • Support administrative functions
  • Keep up to date with the status of the project
The successful person will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, exceptional administrative support skills, and sound documenting, scheduling and ideally from a Project background.
 
Essential Criteria: 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous Project Management background would be desirable
  • Documenting, scheduling and administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
