Job description
The role is to provide daily administrative support to the Project Team.Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project management and administration support for the team to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time
- Update and collate documentation
- Basic research and analysis in assigned project areas
- Project briefs
- Document and disseminate detailed meeting minutes
- Document, communicate, and follow up critical actions and decisions
- Schedule meetings with multiple attendees and prepare related materials
- Triage and monitor time critical requests and project changes
- Update Completion Plans
- Support administrative functions
- Keep up to date with the status of the project
Essential Criteria:
- Great attention to detail
- Previous Project Management background would be desirable
- Documenting, scheduling and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
